Bearing ring is an important part of wind power equipment, which accounts for a large proportion, and is one of the most critical parts. Due to the harsh working conditions, the environmental temperature, humidity and load change greatly, and the complex maintenance, disassembly and installation cycle is long, and the cost is often hundreds of thousands or millions, so the 20-year service life becomes an inevitable condition for high reliability of wind power bearings. Therefore, to improve the stability of bearing ring forging quality and performance is a problem to be solved by our enterprise. The project has applied for 5 utility model patents, forming 3 technical know-how.
